Mechanical and Rheological Properties of Bamboo Pulp Fiber Reinforced High Density Polyethylene Composites: Influence of Nano CaCO3 Treatment and Manufacturing Process with Different Pressure Ratings

In order to investigate the effect of relative motion nano CaCO3 reinforced bamboo pulp fiber (BPF)/HDPE composite components on mechanical performance, a comparative study was performed. BPF treated by blending (BM) and impregnation modification (IM) technology. The composites were produced using hot press (HPMP), extrusion (EMP) injection molding process (IMP). physical morphology similar at different manufacturing processes. Compared samples manufactured HPMP, decrease in (specific) flexural strength BPF/HDPE an increase those EMP IMP observed. molded exhibited best values impact strength, tensile properties. IM had greater rheological behavior than BM, treatment most effectively affected performance composites.
